There is no topic in chemistry that would be useful for studying cs engineering chemistry will only help you to clear entrance that would fetch you an admission for btech / BE cs engineering some  , but some phy / maths topics that you study in 11 / 12 is useful for higher studies in cs engineering

• Properties of Bulk Matter.
• Waves
• Oscillations
• Electrostatics
• Current Electricity
• Magnetic Effect of Current & Magnetism
• Alternating Current
• Electromagnetic Waves
• Semiconductor Electronics: Materials, Devices and Simple Circuits

The topics in maths that would be useful in CS / EEE / ECE  higher studies

• Algebra
• Calculus
• Linear Programming
• Trigonometric Functions
• Principle of Mathematical Induction     (logical base for CS and Ec)

Hello student the whole chemistry syllabus of class 11 and 12 is important for entrance examination for admission in Engineering college. The entrance examination is same for all the branches so don't focus on the branch now just focus on your preparations and once you get good rank in entrance examination afte that you can choose branch as per your on preferences.
