Hello Candidate,

In 2019, a total of 13674 seats were filled for the IIT's . While the actual number of seats is about 12,432, but from 2018 supernumerary seats are also added for female candidates as well as 10% quota for EWS candidates, which has increased the numbers.

Now let me tell you that, from these total seats there are approximate 6000+ seats are for General category students. Below I have given a link. You can check further, the detailed seat matrix for each one of the IIT's.
