Well it basically depends upon you
The university (NOT the college) awards the degree.
Make a 2X2 matrix of (university, college on one axis; and good, bad on the other axis).
Now decide which box is aspirational and which box is practical.
I would say: a bad college affiliated to a great university is always better. The great university will impose minimal operational standards which ought to be comparable with great colleges affiliated to a mediocre university.
Ultimately, the job markets and placements profile are good measures and metrics for decision making (parents involvement is a must).
