I guess your question is " is TS EAMCET difficult or AP EAMCET ? ".
Both exams are of same difficulty. The number of candidates appearing are also have a difference of 10-15 k only (for engineering). Therefore, it is better to choose your college first and then write the concerning exam.
Infact it cannot be said, as the question paper is set by two different organisations and it can vary every year.
