Hope you are doing great. According to current trends, the expected cutoff score for NEET 2022 is 40% for candidates from the reserved category, 45% for PH candidates, and 50% for general category candidates Safe score varies by state and by college. For general pwd candidates, a score of 480 is required in AIIMS. In contrast, a 200 mark is sufficient in government medical schools. 180 is sufficient in other private medical colleges. So 200–480 is a safe score based on last year.. With the proviso that the minimum score required for admission to those with locomotory disabilities of the lower limbs in accordance with Clause 4(3) above will be 45% instead of 50% in the qualifying exam and competitive entrance examination for admission to the MBBS programme.

Safe score depends on the college and state. In AIIMS 480 mark is needed for general pwd candidates. Where as 200 mark is enough in government medical colleges. In other private medical colleges 180 is enough. So safe score based on previous year is 200-480.
