Mainly one or more inert gases are present at a very low pressure in the tubelights. A fluorescent lamp tube is filled with agas containing low-pressure mercury vapor and argon, xenon, neon, or krypton (inert gases). The pressure inside the lamp is around 0.3%(very low) of atmospheric pressure.
