Correct Answer: 20%


Solution : Let the third number be 100.
Then, the first number is 90 and the second number is 75.
So, the required percentage = $\frac{(90–75)}{75}$ × 100 = $\frac{15}{75}$ × 100 = 20%
Hence, the correct answer is 20%.
