Correct Answer: 162

Solution : According to the question,
Both the trains are running in the same direction then their relative speed will be,
Relative speed = Speed of B – Speed of A = 85 km/h - 77 km/h = 8 km/h or $\frac{20}{9}$ m/s
Total distance to cross each other = 195 m + 165 m = 360 m
Now to calculate the total time,
Time = $\frac{\text{Distance}}{\text{Speed}}$
= $\frac{360}{\frac{20}{9}}$
= $\frac{360 \times 9}{20}$
= 162 sec
∴ The time taken by trains to cross each other will be 162 sec.
Hence, the correct answer is 162.
