Correct Answer: 56,700

Solution : Population 2 years ago = 60,000
Population after increment of 5%
= $60000 × \frac{105}{100}$
= $63000$
Population after decrement of 10%
= $63000 × \frac{90}{100}$
= $56700$
Hence, the correct answer is 56,700.
