I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but now in 2021 your sister cannot get admission in  any medical colleges in India on the basis of rank or marks obtained in NEET 2 years back

This is because,

For  admission in India marks obtained by you in neet is valid for only one year i.e it is valid only the year in which you attempt the exam.

But yes,

Marks obtained by you in neet is valid for 3 years for taking admission in medical colleges abroad . So, you can get admission abroad on the basis of neet 2 years back  marks.
