However, you may once try checking your registered email ID or phone number, your user ID will be sent to your registered email ID and phone number. Please spam emails if you couldn't find it in the inbox. Go to the respective login page and you can see 'forgot password?' option click on that and do the necessary. This way you can retrieve your user ID and reset your password.
