UGC has already notified to treat applied mathematics at par with core mathematics. Will all colleges mandatorily follow the notification for addmission in bcom hons?

By a notification from UGC it has been asked to all universities to treat applied Mathematics at par with core mathematics in calculating of aggregate marks of senior secondary level for admission in Bcom Hons, economics,and social science course other than BSc courses.
