Under 533 marks and sc category and not under state Quota. Would I be able to get Maulana or UCMS?

As you have scored 533 marks under SC category, you will be able to seek admission in both Maulana and UCMS whichever you prefer to have. The previous year cutoffs show that you fulfill the required criteria and you can easily get admission this year too.
