Hello Prathamesh,
TFWS can be claimed if your family income is less than 8 lacs p.a. Basically, you don't have to pay the tuition fees if you are claiming TFWS.
Income doesn't remain constant every year & during engineering, you need to take admission every year. So it is necessary to keep your TFWS scheme continued to submit the income certificate every year at the time of admission.
