Well dear,Study leave is given to a teacher working in an organisation for higher studies,or enhancing his present skills or any kind of project work,its given for a maxium duration of 3 years,But,can be availed only by the written permission of the organisaton they are working in.And during that leave the teacher doesn't gets involved in any organisation work and only works on his skill building,Its not assigned to a teacher that is very close to his retirement.
