Actually you are not under the eligibily of getting admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits iiits or GFTIs.
As under josaa for a candidate to get admission into any of these institute the candidates must have to score 75 percentage for general and obc and for sc or st 65 percentage.
And you fail the criteria but perhaps you might be under the top 20 percentile of your up board if so then you can definitely get admission into any prestigious college as mentioned above.
Hope it helps!!!
Let me amplify .If you belong to Gen/Obc cat you should score75% or should be within top 20 percentile in your 12th exam and if you are from SC/ST, 65% in 12th exam will make you eligible for admission intoNIT/IIIT/CFTI or to take JEE adv subject to fulfilment of other requisite terms & condition. But one thing I would like to add that even if you don't score 75% or 65% as the case may be you can take JEE main and if you score decent marks you may try for:IIITHyd/IIITBhu/IIITRaipur/IIITDelhi/DTU/NSIT/Thapar University etc. There are also many institutes/universities which grant admission on the basis of JEEmain marks /AIR. Any more information if you need do write to me.
As per josaa 2019 top 20 percentile for general candidate in up is 66.8 % (334 marks out of 500). Your marks is below that percentage . You have to apply for improvement exam to increase the marks for elligible for Jee .
