Let me clear you one thing that JEE main is the centralised examination conducted by CBSC in which student's of all the boards are eligible who are appearing  / appeared in Class 12th.

Hello,

Yes you will appear two times for JEE mains exam so you may apply on it if you appear once so that when you appear once you will apply for the second attempt to not get well marks in first attempt.
