- NEET admit card
- NEET score card/rank letter
- Class 10 and 12 marksheets
- Class 10 and 12 passing certificates
- Transfer certificate
- Character certificate issued by school
- Caste certificate if applicable
- Gap certificate if applicable
- 10 passport size photos
