up scholarship bsc me apply kiya tha 2 year scholarship aai ab btech government me admission le liya lekin btech me scholarship apply nahi ho raha hai।

Dear Aspirant,
I will suggest you to get in touch with the state government officials who look at the scholarship details for the whole state. Kindly do some research on your part & contact the college & concerned authorities informing them about the discrepancy that has occured. Since you have mentioned that you got scholarship earlier but are unable to get the same down, contact the education department of your state(UP in your case) & ask them why you are unable to get scholarship after Btech.
