The application is via online mode.

You can visit the official website and search for download application form .

Then click on download application form.

Then fill the details carefully.

The candidate applying for PG should apply for entrance exam.

Before submission you must pay application fees via cash or demand draft.

Finally attach the self attested documents with form.

You must have

1. SSC Marksheet
2. Graduation Marksheet
3. Caste certificate (for reserved)
4. Transfer Certificate (for migrants).
5. Other documents for claim of reservation ( no.-creamy layer, physically handicapped)
6. Family Photograph
