- Like I always says that IT's doors are always open for everyone. So you can complete your bachelor degree from any of recognised institutions. But if you asked me for UPES Dehradun then frankly speaking it is a university of petrolium and energy studies and their specialisation in those sectors are quite nice as compared to other field like Btech, LLB and MBA etc. So if you want to pursue your career in Computer science stream then here I am giving you the name of few colleges below that you can opt for:-
