Hi aspirant since at 393 marks it is not possible for you to get into any government medical college until and unless you belong to any reserved category.
On the point of fees it is true that Government colleges have less fees than private medical colleges but for your case you may probably get private medical college if you belong to general category only.
Also from NEET you can get into MBBS, BAMS, BDS, BVSc, BHM, BPT, BYNS and BAMS
