Hi Priyanshu, the choice filling modification are available in 3&4th rounds as well. The general starting rank is from 2-3k and the cut off rank varies from 5-8k each year. So there is a chance you may be allotted the college. Coming to the placement records, the UIET holds a rating of 4.3/5 as per placement. The placement opportunities are great. Top recruiters are TCS, Infosys,HCL, PSUs like Gail, NTPC, DRDO,SAIL etc. The metallurgical engineering faculty is excellent as they include professors from IIT Kanpur. Overall it's a great college.
