Hello Student.

The general rules for AICTE, for skipping of payment for allotted seat, that the candidate successful in any round of counselling  of the related college or University but skip the the specific alloted seat and donot diposit fees for the allotted seat. Then he or she can appear for the next round of the counselling of that respective University. Then there are no difficulties  if the candidate successful in the next round of any counselling to join the respective institution college or university for his or her course of interest,if the candidate alloted a seat that respective colleges institution or universities .
