If you didn't submit seat acceptance fees i.e.20,000 then you didn't get chance to participate in next round of counselling.If you submit seat acceptance fees then you have to select between two options either freeze or float and if you select freeze then that particular seat is given to you and if you select float then you are eligible for next round of counselling and also you get chance to modify your colleges selections.Be careful if you didn't submit your seat acceptance and withdraw your counselling after registration then you are also not eligible for fresh registration with that application no. until and unless the upcoming counselling is spot counselling i.e. In this counselling all the participant allow to register again fresh for this spot round counselling which is only held over the vacant seats of government institutes.
