Generally spot round means that there is a vacant seats in the colleges and mainly for those candidates who have not alloted any seat in any round. As you said you already take admission in the college. So it may not possible for you to get chance in spot round.

If you have appeared in upsee counselling and got one seat from any of the colleges and taken the admission too then you are not eligible to take part in upsee special round counselling. This is beacause speacial round conducted for those candidates who does not get any seat at all in the counselling.
