All the government colleges under UPSEE are bit good except few.

You can do your b.tech from any of the top government college which usually has higher Cutoff for admission as such college definitely have something better.

Like you can go for

IET Lucknow

Apj Abdul Kalam Technical University

Bundelkhand University and so on.....
