Don't worry, the fees will be refunded within 2 months or more. Don't need to hurry much as you will surely get the refund. The refund will be given with a deduction of administrative charges. If you were allotted a seat but have exercised Withdraw Option after allotment, you will be automatically treated as WITHDRAWN from the Counseling Process and you will get the money back in the same account. It may take 2 or 3 months.

Don't be afraid. Fees can  be refunded in online mode and it will take time in general like almost In 3-5 months, you will get back your paid money, so no concerns  about that  as the money will be sent to the same account that you have used to  pay. Don't worry about the money.
