upto how many marks I have 2 score in mains for mechanical engineering in Jadavpur university, Kolkata

You will have to clear WBJEE exam to get admission there in Jadavpur University as it does not accept jee main score. Also, you will have to get rank below 4K if you wish to get seat in Mechanical branch.
