Hello aspirant! Well IPU has started to take admission through jee mains from this year itself. Therefore you might see variation in its jee mains cutoff. For admission in MAIT or MSIT, you should have a percentile of 98 or upto 20000 rank. And for other colleges under ipu, percentile should be 97 or upto 30000 rank. If you are not a resident of Delhi then it's a problem for you.
Basically admission into ipu's are through 3 processes :
1- open counselling (online counselling )
2- spot counselling
3- management quota
30% of the seats in IP universities are reserved under management quota .
B.Tech/B.Arch Admissions OPEN
If you are not a resident of Delhi then you may face more problems . Whatever your rank is in Jee Mains ,add around 6k rank to it and then see whether you fall under 30000 rank or not. For example your rank is AIR- 27000 and you are not a resident of Delhi then add 6k to your rank then it becomes 33000. With this rank you can't get admission to IP universities. Had it been less than 30000 then you might have got admission to any college under IP universities.
I hope you have got your answer.
