Uptu counseling 2018 me domicile certificate new lagega or Kisi BHI year Ka Bana hua chal Sakta hai?

If you are from any other state than UP, you need to have a Domicile Certificate not older than 6 months.
If you are a resident of UP, then you don't need Domicile Certificate.
