Uptu ke counselling ke time in one certificate,caste certificate, domicile certificate 2019 ka jona chahiye....ya 2017 ka valid hoga

At the time of uptu counselling you have to present Caste Certificate,domicile certificate, income certificate for verification purpose which should be made in 2019 year only.2017 or 2018 documents are not valid.
