But to give you a glimpse, to participate in UP State NEET MBBS/BDS Counselling, you should hold the domicile of UP. But those Candidates who have completed their 10th and 12th, then they do not have to submit their domicile certificate because then they will be eligible for Institutional quota. And those Candidates who belong to UP but have completed their 10th and 12th outside the State need to produce the State's domicile certificate to participate in its State NEET Counselling. Now you haven't mentioned the State you hold the domicile of. If you belong to Maharashtra and then want to pursue your 12th in UP, you cannot claim their State Domicile because you also have to complete your 10th in UP to participate in UP State Quota. But if you belong to UP, then have pursued your 10th in Maharashtra and want to pursue your 12th in UP, you can participate in UP State Quota.
