For General merit students approximately - 425- 450 score - All India quota Govt seat. For General merit students approx - 320 - 400 score - State govt quota (Depends on state domicile). For Private colleges - There are very few Private colleges in India for veterinary - lesser NEET score will do as the private college fee is on a higher side compared to Government colleges. Most of the Government colleges also have NRI category, as the competition under NRI category is less, even if you get a qualifying score you can apply to participate for NRI category counseling. So just try to get 400+ to be on safe side.
