vanguard business school does not have MBA affiliated to Bangalore university. They also do not have PGDM approved by AICTE. they cheated me around 4 lakhs of money. they are promoting false information in all the private website. what can I do?
First file an RTI to the register of societies on how this institute is registered and this will show there accreditation status. Along with this information, we suggest you first register your case with the consumer court. They may try to inform you that this is not a product dispute and it relates to false claims. Your stand should be that you are a consumer as far as the institute is concerned as they are a service provider. If they do register your case then there is a likelihood that a compromise will be reached.
The other way will be to file a civil case and then is going to be a long and costly affair.
There will be changes in our system about such instances but that framework is still yet to be a law. We don’t think the Police will register a case as this totally civil in nature.
