National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli will hold the CSAB 2019 special rounds for NITs, IIITs and SFTIs. The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) special round is for admission of all JEE Main 2019 qualified candidates in left over seats of NITs,IIITs and SFTIs after the initial rounds of counselling. The registration for CSAB special round 2019 will begin after the conclusion of CSAB NIT+ tentatively in last week of August 2019 for admitting students in first year UG courses in engineering/architecture to NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. The CSAB 2019 for NIT+ will be held after the completion of seventh round of JoSAA 2019. Candidates who wants to participate in CSAB 2019 Special Round will be required to register using their JEE Main 2019 application number and password. Central Counselling Allocation Board will conduct two rounds of centralised counselling for allotting seats in all the 31 NITs, 23 IIITs, 22 other Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs) and IIEST Shibpur. The CSAB 2019 will allot seats on the basis of students rank in JEE Main .
