Hello Prasad,
As a veterinary graduate/post graduate, you have a couple of options:
1. As an academician: it will be around 50,000 per month depending on where you work, whether it is full time or part time. For this you need PG and NET clearance, though.
2. As an assistant to a practicing Veterinary surgeon: you will work here in your initial years to get training until you’re ready to open your own clinic. You’ll learn a couple of thousands lesser than as an academician. Possibly somewhere between INR 30,000 to INR 50,000.
3. In researc: (as jrf/srf) this will mostly depend on your funding. So you can expect something around INR 20,000. This is usually as a stipend while pursuing PG Studies
4. As a part of private sector- You can expect around INR 30,000 to 35,000 depending on which industry you choose dairy, poultry, etc.
you can also work as a private practitioner, but that will require an initial investment and maybe struggle till your practice is established.
