veterinary /bams /bds which is best according to you?
Hello Dear Student,
After MBBS, we usually count BDS and BVSc (Veterinary) & BAMS (Ayurvedic) both are different fields.
In BDS, there is a huge demand of Good Dentist nowadays, if you do MDS after BDS then you can become renowned dental surgeon, dental sciences has their own Specialised areas like Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral and maxillofacial surgeon and etc.
BVSc is also a good field, this course is offered by generally Government veterinary colleges, the seats are low and there are only few private veterinary colleges which offers BVSc, A Veterinary doctor play's a very important role in Cattles and pets health, without healthy livestock no Country can succeed, for better animal products and dairy products, we need Healthy livestock, so here Veterinary Doctors plays a important role and most of the Veterinary Doctors work with Government veterinary Hospitals, the scope for Government Job is high in Veterinary as compared to Dental because of High demand low supply, because there are enough Dental Colleges present in the Country but not Veterinary Colleges.
BAMS is also a good field, it is growing very fast and Government is improving this field, now we have separate Ministry for Ayush Courses but this field is equally competitive because there are lots of ayurvedic colleges present in the country Both Government and Private which offers BAMS Course, Scope is good but you have to gain popularity as a Renowned Ayurvedic doctor for a good career.

All the Best
According to me BDS is better than veterinary and BAMS. You may have different perspective but most of the students who opt for such courses are 90% of those who tried to pursue MBBS but unfortunately they don't get a seat. So the basic emotion to be in the profession is to work for the wellness of the human beings.
Now being a dental surgeon one can pursue the emotion that they have built upon and prepared for NEET or other medical exams. Now you know Ayurvedic Medicine is generally opted by a very little percentage of patients. So you can find a opportunity but data wise you will get lesser scope to pursue and practice your emotion.
Now if you have no such ethical emotion in your mind then you can pursue any between the three without any hesitation.
As you said to give a opinion , I have given you the way that I though of it.
Hope my answer will give you a direction of thought. All the very best for your future endeavors!
If you want to choose then veterinary will be the best choice as the jobs in this sector are continuously increasing and with the development in veterinary and animal husbandry its scope will increase and in near future it will come under good earning jobs in india .
Talking about bds if you have degree from government college then it is ok and you can open your own clinic but there is so much competition and everyone has their own clinic.
But veterinary is continuously a growing field and you can achieve much success in it.
Hope it helps..
