You haven't mentioned the department you want to choose. So I'm enlisting a few of them along with their cutoff ranks required for ST category.
These are as follows:
B.E in Electrical Engineering- 29663
B.E in Civil Engineering- 17372
B.E in Computer Engineering- 26946
B.E in Information Technology- 23440
B.E in Chemical Engineering- 31227
These are few cut-off ranks of 2019. This year's cut-off rank will depend on difficulty of paper and other factors but these are some rough idea about the cut-off ranks.
