Yes candidate with low vision can take admission under reservation,In a significant order ,the supreme court of India has allowed a person suffering from low vision or vision impairment ,a disability in which eye vision can not be corrected or improved ,and allowed them to take admission in NEET ug courses or you can say in MBBS and later treat the patients .
As reported by PTI , top court allowed a student to take admission in MBBS course on the ground that he has cleared 2018 Neet entrance under person with disability
So you can expect your admission through reservation as the court has allowed such kind of cases
