Hello Owais Khan , Both the colleges are best but think you compare btech with btech+mtech so it is difficult to compare but rather than that if we compare than I found that vit bhopal is best but there fees is more than the fees at vit vellure integrated course.

So i suggest you to go for vit bhopal.

The Both colleges have good infrastructure but the best will be Vellore campus because it has the most no of companies coming for the placements . The Vellore campus has best academics too.
