Btech in biotechnology falls under the category group A in Vit. For group B fees are higher because they are based on specialisation. So tuition and other relevant fees are around 1.7 lakhs per annum. For group B it is around 1.9 lakhs. And the hostels fees varies according with ac or bed facilities. Laundry is also included there. It is around 70k for three bedded room.
