Yes, you are eligible as long as you are born on or after July 1, 2000. The eligibility criteria state that a candidate must have passed the qualifying exam or should be appearing for it in 2022. As you have passed your 10+2 level you will be eligible for VITEEE. The VIT Vellore has released the VITEEE 2022 application form at viteee.vit.ac.in.
