Candidates must have secured at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) in their Class 12 board exams.

For candidates belonging to SC/ST, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the Northeastern states, the minimum required percentage is 50% instead of 60%.
