Vnit Nagpur or bits pilani for m tech (transportation or geotechnical)??

Well one way to look into the question is that NIT is a government institution whereas institutions like BITS Pilani- Hyderabad campus, is a private institution. Package is more or less the same it all depends on your skillsets and your efforts and sincerity.
