FIRST OFF ALL IT'S NOT A QUES TO BE ASKED TO OTHERS. YOU SHOULD YOURSELF DECIDE THE STREAM YOU HAVE TO PERSUE. I WOULD SUGGEST IF YOU ARE NOT GOOD AT MATHS AND SCIENCE BTTER GO FOR ARTS AND SHOW YOUR MATTLE THERE.THERE IS NOTHHING IN WASTING FOUR YEARS IN ENGINNERING THEN. OR IF YOU LIKE MATHS AND SCIENCE AND ENJOY STUDING THESE CONFIDENTLY GO FOR ENGINEERING.

If you had studied pcm in 12th than you should opt engineering and if you had humanities in 12 than you should choose arts or BA. It depends on you that what you want to study further. If you had pcm in 12 than you can also do BA while you can't do engineering if you don't had pcm or pcb in 12th.
