Hello aspirant,
CA foundation course exam is an National level examination for the students who want to get admission in Chartered Accountancy which is conducted by ICAI twice in a year. the exam is physically offline mode. the basic eligibility is you just have to pass you 10 + 2 or appearing in the same.
