You need to specify which college are you talking about so that i can provide you the complete details of admission to that college for the BA English course.
Different college have different procedure and admission criteria so i need to know which college do you wish toh know about.
In general, admission procedure of almost all college start by the month of march and college take seperate entrance exams for BA courses. Many college provide admission on the basis of merit score of class 12th itself.
