Want to know about mop up counselling round of punjab is a student having other state democile eligible to get mbbs seat in that round

Hi,
Well any others Tate student can participate in mop up round of counseling but only for private quota seats and not for government quota seats becuase government medical colleges are reserved for state domiciled students. Just keep this in mind while registering for mop round of counseling.
