Yes, you can aim for colleges with this score as private colleges accept this scores.
The government colleges require high marks which is around 580+ in NEET.
If you are aiming for a private college then you have a chance.

Dear, the safe marks range for admission cannot be predicted this way as the cutoff changes every year. However, you need to keep high target so that your can score near to it or even more... which will benefit you only in getting a good college.
To get admission in a private college, your NEET score should be minimum 450+ (if applying for 85% state quota) and 550+ (if applying for 15% AIQ).
This time the competition is tough as 13-14+Lac students are appearing for NEET. So keep your preparation high. Prepare well and study smart.!
